Cancellation
If the order is not dispatched, it can be cancelled, and we will refund the total amount or replace the order. However, order once dispatched cannot be cancelled.
Returns & Refunds
We do not accept returns or refunds. We may offer exchanges under limited circumstances. If an item is damaged as a result of quality or craftsmanship, customers must e-mail their concern within 3 days of receiving items for an exchange.
