Shipping
We use best Courier partners like Fedex, Aramex, DTDC, DELHIVERY etc to ensure a speedy and safe product delivery.
We ship everyday, excluding select holidays. Once your order is processed and shipped out, we will notify you by Email/Whatsapp.
Delivery Time
After the order confirmation, the products will be dispatched in the next 4-15 working days(It may take some extra time too).
The estimate delivery time, after dispatch is as follow,
Southern India : 2-5 working days from dispatch day
Northern India : 2-10 working days from dispatch day
Delivery Charges
Shipping charges within India: Rs 80 (Apox.)
Product Care & Packing
Terracotta Jewelry is a fragile product and requires to be handled carefully.
We ensure that the products are packed well, to avoid any form of damage.
Cancellation
If the order is not dispatched, it can be cancelled, and we will refund the total amount or replace the order. However, order once dispatched cannot be cancelled.
Note: Customized orders will not be cancelled.
Returns
If returning an item, you will be responsible for the shipment, all related costs, and risks related to the return shipment.
No returns except in case of damaged product received.
Due to transportation/product handling, if the product is found damaged when received, please mail us at support@rudrasfashion.com, with the pictures of the damage and the product, within 24 hours of the products received. We will ensure that you receive a replacement only no refunding. The decision in such cases will be at the sole discretion of Rudras Fashion.
Dispatch Details
After the product dispatch, you will be provided with the shipment details of your order, for easy tracking of the shipment and to ensure that you are available at the given address to receive the shipment when it is delivered. Rudras Fashion is not responsible if the shipment is returned, due to unavailability of recipient at the address.
